At Aeon Laser Shop, we stand behind the precision and quality of our laser engraving equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the laser system in its original industrial crates, ensuring all lenses, cables, and software keys are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized logistics hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
