Yes, all Aeon Laser Shop purchases include access to our technical support team, who can assist with LightBurn setup, driver installations, and firmware updates.
What are your international shipping policies?
We ship globally via freight and express carriers. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon entry into their country.
Does my laser machine come with a warranty?
Every machine is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering mechanical components and a 6-month warranty for consumable parts like laser tubes and mirrors.
Can I return a machine if it doesn't meet my needs?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to all large-format electronic machinery returns.
